  • Yes, you can surely order without logging in to our website. But we recommend creating an account to get information on sales, special discounts etc.

  • Yes, we do have cash-on-delivery options. But the option may not be available for the products on Sale.

  • Please follow the process as shown in the screenshots below

    1. Select the Paytm Payment gateway option on the checkout page


    2. Fill in your personal details and click on Pay now at the bottom of the same screen.

    3. You can scan the QR code and pay using any UPI payment app- PhonePe, Paytm, GPay etc


      4. Select the UPI option

    Enter your phone number and click on the ‘Verify UPI number’ to verify the contact information. Or you can enter UPI id and click on ‘Verify VPA’ option.

    Once the verification is done, you will receive a notification in your respective app for payment.

  • What should I do when I have made an order and the amount also got deducted but the order got cancelled?
  • Please write an email to us at d2c@reshamandi.com with details regarding the transaction and a snapshot of the reference number. We will check the issue and will update you on the order status.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?
  • Please try again in case of payment failure. This can happen for several reasons. You can also contact your bank and inquire regarding the same because sometimes banks might stop transactions for security reasons.

  • Promo Code is only applicable for a few selected items, please read the terms and conditions for the promo code.

  • Getting an error while placing the order.

  • The final amount on the payment page is calculated based on the website listing price and final shipping cost, hence there is no scope for us to charge you any extra amount.
